These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of maraprestes.com and to text messages (SMS) you receive from Mara Prestes, Mortgage, Real Estate & Life Insurance ("Mara Prestes," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Program name and description

Mara Prestes Client Messages. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Mara Prestes about your real estate, mortgage, or life insurance inquiry, including appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, follow ups, answers to your questions, and, only if you separately agree to marketing messages, occasional updates about new listings, market news, and offers.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any property or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for our text messages.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
